    After welcoming our own children into the world, we saw firsthand how important it is to feel truly prepared, supported, and informed throughout the birth journey. Our experiences opened our eyes to the need for a physical birth class right here in the St. Louis area, one that centers on natural, unmedicated, physiological birth and brings together both evidence-based knowledge and heartfelt encouragement.

    We wanted to create a space where families could learn, ask questions, and build confidence in their ability to have a healthy, empowered birth experience. That vision inspired us to develop the HSTL x TNC Natural Birth Course, designed to walk with you every step of the way.

    This course is truly a labor of love. We have carefully gathered all the essential information, practical tips, and personal insights that we believe every family deserves to know, from the earliest days of pregnancy through the transformative moments of labor and into the joys and challenges of postpartum life.

    Our hope is that you will feel equipped, encouraged, and cared for as you prepare to welcome your little one.

      We’ll talk about how your beliefs, your body, and your mindset all work together for a positive birth. I’ll share what helped me and my family feel truly ready for this journey.

      We’ll cover the real life nutrition, movement, and wellness tips that made a difference for us so you can feel your best every step of the way.
    • Preparing mama and partner for labor
      We’ll walk through the tools, encouragement, and teamwork that helped us feel supported and confident so you and your partner are ready too.
    • Birth education from start to finish
      I’ll guide you through every stage of labor and delivery, sharing what I wish I’d known and what really matters when the big day comes.
    • Postpartum and baby care basics
      We’ll talk honestly about recovery, newborn care, and what helped us thrive as a new family so you feel supported after birth too.
    • Mercy birth center approved
      This course is trusted by local birth professionals and designed with real families in mind so you know you’re getting the best support possible.
